What counts as a response?
One completed submission of one of your surveys. Partial answers and previews don't count. The Free plan includes 250 responses a month, Lite 1,500, and the allotment resets at the start of each billing period.
Do respondents need an account?
No — never. Respondents open a link and answer. There is no sign-up, no login, and no payment screen at any point, on any plan. If a survey offers AI answer assistance, the survey creator's plan pays for it, not the respondent.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV export is included on Lite, Pro, and Business. You can also request a full export of your content for 30 days after closing your account, and delete your account and its data from your settings whenever you like.
What if I go over my monthly responses?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted — new responses simply pause until your allotment resets. You can also buy a response pack at any time: packs are a one-time purchase, they never auto-recharge, and any unused balance carries over indefinitely, including if you drop back to Free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings, in a couple of clicks — no phone call, no chat, no reason required. Your paid features run to the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account moves to Free.
